Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

If you provided an email address at time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your payment and order to be processed. Payments process Monday through Thursday. If you place your order Friday, processing will start the next business day, which is Monday. Once your payment has been processed, your package should arrive in 2-4 business days if you're located within the United States.

When purchasing wigs, the processing time is 7-10 business days as they are custom made to order and require more time to make.

Processing times may vary when ordering during a sale due to high volume.


If you're located outside the U.S., your package should arrive within 7-10 business days.

Please be aware we are not responsible for any Custom Fees or Import Tax that your country may bill to you.

Please note that during January and February shipments may be delayed due to the high volume of holiday package deliveries (i.e. New Year, Valentines Day). Rest assured your order will ship out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!
